Aurora

Aurora Aksnes (born June 15 on the 15th of June, 1996 at Stavanger) is the name of a Norwegian music producer and a vocalist. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves has been released by Decca Records and was well received by music blogs. Half the World Away from the band Oasis was recorded for an advertisement of John Lewis, and Nature Boy is the Nat King Cole cover. Katy Perry, who endorsed the song Runaway with her voice, also gave the song a boost of recognition. Make it a day to celebrate her birthday. Aurora Aksnes' earliest musical memories involve finding the piano in her attic and being captivated by its sounds. Jan Oystein Aksnes and May-Britt Aksnes urged Aurora to pursue music not to get a job or a hobby, but as an opportunity to grow. In order to do so, she began writing new compositions. Her influences include renowned writer Leonard Cohen and Bob Dylan, as well as her love of Bjork's style. Her mother had said that her songs would not just help her get noticed, however, they could also help others understand their value to the world and appreciate the possibilities for the songs and her music, she was inspired to start singing in public. When she began playing the piano, she was only six and began writing music by the time she was nine. The fact that she was a musician wasn't known to her family until she turned fourteen. Aurora never dreamed of becoming a star. The singer says that she simply likes creating songs. She says that music is her favorite way to feel anything.
